STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS AND DESIGN
Carry out complete vertical and lateral load design and analyses of structures. Our Structural Design services include, but not limited to, design and structural detailing of Steel Structures, Reinforced and Pre-stressed Concrete Structures, and Composite Structures. Furthermore included are designs for Bridges, Cinemas, Warehouses, Low-rise to Mid-rise Buildings, and Long Span Roofs (Rafter-type or Truss-type). The results are then translated to complete engineering drawings and specifications ready for construction implementation.
STRUCTURAL INVESTIGATION AND RETROFIT
Conduct reviews and assessment of old structures, and structures that has been damaged by earthquakes, fires, explosions, other physical and chemical actions, in order to guarantee its safety for its continued or expanded use. Our teams’ expertise allows all of these to be carried out in accordance with the set guidelines of Seismic Evaluation and Rehabilitation of Existing Buildings.
VALUE ENGINEERING
Re-visitation of calculations, analysis, and the design of existing plans and specifications to reduce the amount of materials to be used in construction. Ensuring that savings can be achieved with the engineering drawings being optimized while guaranteeing that the structure will still be able to safely carry out all anticipated loads
CONSULTANCY
Offer structural consultancy such as but not limited to change of occupancy, renovation, construction support, and evaluation of the structural integrity of existing structures. Our team provides appropriate engineering solution upon careful analyzation of the actual and technical specifications and conditions of our projects.
STRUCTURAL PEER VIEW
Administer peer review to other engineering consultants, designers, and engineers.
